Lelie Cristea from Cologne does a comparative test between her Old Italian violin and four of my recent violins.

A comparison between the Kloo violins nr 55,  58 and 62. Petter Möller plays, and Christer Möller is behind the camera, in the Concert Hall of Jönköping, Sweden.

Here you can listen to Swedish violinist Petter Möller improvising on the Kloo violin nr 50, built in 2002. The recording was made on a Sony minidisc recorder, with a microphone distance of 2 metres. As you can hear, the violin is very responsive, even when played piano or pianissimo, and it has a crisp, open and detailed sound. This gives, I believe,  the best potential for the player to express emotions convincingly.
